2. Refund Eligibility
2.1 Digital Products and Online Courses
For digital products and online courses, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase, subject to the following conditions:
- You have not completed more than 30% of the course content
- You have not downloaded more than 30% of downloadable resources
- You can provide a valid reason for your dissatisfaction with the product
2.2 Subscription Services
For subscription-based services:
- Monthly subscriptions: You may cancel at any time, and no further charges will be made. We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period.
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds are available within the first 30 days of the initial subscription or renewal. After 30 days, we do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of your subscription period.
2.3 Consultation Services
For one-on-one consultation services:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled consultation are not eligible for a refund
- If you fail to attend a scheduled consultation without notice ("no-show"), no refund will be provided
2.4 Live Webinars and Workshops
For live webinars and workshops:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event are eligible for a full refund
- Cancellations made between 3-7 days before the event are eligible for a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event are not eligible for a refund
- If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost
3. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Products or services clearly marked as "non-refundable" at the time of purchase
- Products or services that have been fully delivered or completed
- Custom or personalized financial plans created specifically for you
- Group coaching or mastermind programs after the program has commenced
- Products purchased during special promotional sales clearly marked as "final sale"
4. Refund Process
4.1 How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Order number or receipt
- Date of purchase

- Reason for requesting a refund

4.2 Processing Time
Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:
- Credit card payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
- PayPal payments: 3-5 business days
- Bank transfers: 5-7 business days

4.3 Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase. For example:
- If you paid by credit card, your refund will be credited back to the same card
- If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be sent to your PayPal account

If you experience technical issues that significantly impact your ability to access or use our products or services, please contact our support team immediately. We will work to resolve the issue and, if necessary, extend your access period or provide a partial or full refund based on the nature and severity of the problem.
5.2 Service Interruptions
In the event of extended service interruptions or downtime (more than 24 hours) that prevent access to purchased content, we may offer:
- Extended access to the content
- Partial refund proportionate to the duration of the interruption
- Full refund if the service cannot be restored
5.3 Cancellation by Financial Wisdom
If Financial Wisdom needs to cancel a service, event, or program, we will provide:
- A full refund of the purchase price
- Or, if you prefer, credit toward another product or service of equal value
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges of products or services. If you wish to purchase a different product, you will need to request a refund (if eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
